1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is [not currently available / available on request — update as applicable].

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also check your order status by contacting us with your order number.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeline, please contact us before initiating any other action.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video/photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For shipments lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partner and offer a replacement or full refund once confirmed.

7. Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus original shipping costs.
